Processing Time
At Choco Zen we always prioritize the customer service and make sure to deliver your order within 1-2 working days.
All orders (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman) will be delivered within 48 hours of order acceptance (Monday to Saturday excluding holidays or Sunday). and For Abu Dhabi and Al Ain will be delivered within 72 hours of order acceptance.
All orders (Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah) will be delivered within 5 working days of order acceptance.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
